The "Versilia" is included between the mountain range of the Apuan Alps and the renown bathing area called "Riviera" of Versilia. The municipalities that historically make up the Versilia are Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta for the coastal strip, and Stazzema and Seravezza for the mountain part, also called Alta Versilia. Today also the other municipalities, including Viareggio, Massarosa and Camaiore, are presented as Versilia.

And it is in the municipality of Massarosa that we find our properties: "Le Terrazze" in the village of Piano di Mommio, "La Volpaia" in the small hill town of Corsanico.

Versilia is located in a strategic position for lovers of art, culture, but also for athletes and nature lovers.

Close to some of the most beautiful and famous cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, but also small towns that will surprise you as Pietrasanta, nicknamed "City of Botero" or "Little Athens", Torre del Lago with its "The Puccini Festival" known all over the world and Massaciuccoli with its Roman ruins.
